Hi
so wore my fitbit for a long walk and it turned off midway, since then won’t turn back on. Screen stays black.pushing sides of watch for over a minute and sometimes it vibrates twice other times nothing at all. Can’t get it to reboot. I’ve charged it in several locations to no effect, pushed the sides again unable to reboot.
if it’s done I’m buying another brand- I give up on Fitbit as only short lifespan.

Hi @Nancy9822 - just in case before giving up see instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Also if it is charged try holding the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Unfortunately after trying every troubleshooting thing suggested I was sadly offered a discount for a new Fitbit. I find that they’ve only lasted just long enough to get me past the warranty then either an update or the watch just fails. I’ve decided to leave the Fitbit community and will be looking to one of your competitors for better quality and life of the watch.

Hi - was this the only response they had? I am having the same issues and have tried all the things you did. Sounds like it's goosed 😞
