Versa 3 won't update clock face

My versa 2 won’t update the clock face. Once I go into the web page for clocks, I choose a clock face, and when I click the “open in app” it ALWAYS blinks and takes me to the page I’m currently on.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding Versa 2. Sorry to know the inconvenience. I'd suggest you try the following steps: 

  1. Make sure the app and Firmware version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Versa 2.
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth
  6. Trigger a regular sync.
