Hi everyone,
For some reason, I have not use my Versa 3 for a while (over 4 months, and I moved to another location). The battery was completely drained. Now after having it charged, it stopped to sync it or connect it to the phone anymore.
I tried virtually everything recommended at this resource:
- turned phone / bluethooth off and on
- updated both phone firmware and Fitbit app
- performed a factory reset for the smartwatch
- removed it from my Fitbit account
still with no success.
Actually, the "welcome" logo shows up on the phone screen (black screen with a smartwatch image) and the button saying something like "set up your watch". After starting a connection process, within a minute or two I'm prompted to input a four-digit code that appears on the watch's' screen. And finally, the error message pops up: "something went wrong. An error occurred please try again". Then the cycle starts over: 4 digit code -> error message. Could anyone advise me with a solution? Thanks!
