Versa 3 working, but no screen image

My Versa 3 is working - charging, little green lights on the back working, synching with the app and recording my heart-rate, as shown on the app on my phone. and it hasn't been exposed to water heat, etc.  However, the screen is blank and I can't seem to make it come back on.  The app shows that the operating system version is up-to-date.  Can anyone help?  Brian D.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the Versa 3, and for confirming that you are using the latest version of the app. 

Please, try to sync your device as you usually do it. If by any case you have difficulties to sync, see this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Once you reached it synced, please change the clock face. In addition, try to restart the device following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I have tried all of your suggestions, but no luck.
 
This evening I used the on-line chat with Fitbit and tried a factory re-set on "Julian's" instructions, but, again, no luck.  Julian has said that Fitbit will get back to me by e-mail.
