Versa 3 workout timing wrong

when I do a workout, the timing is completely wrong.

eg a workout of an hour, shows as an hour in the graphs, but in the sumarry, it says I only did a workout for about 20 minutes. Is it a setting that I do need to change?

Thank you for the information provided about what you're experiencing with your Versa 3.

You're referring to the summary shown on the Versa 3 display at the end of the workout, correct? If it's still not showing you the correct time, please make sure that you've tried to complete the restart procedure and check if you're still having the same problem. This has been useful for other users experiencing something similar. 

If you're still having the same inconvenience, let me know if this is happening with a specific workout or with every exercise.

problems seems to be solved. Full reset done and now it looks like my workout was registered correctly
