All the writing has gone. It seems to be swiping across up and down but no letters or number are showing. When press on eg. Settings you can see any options to choose. It's not been near water or dropped or anything. It's about 9month old. I've tried the reset but no change

Hi @Carrie-anne_lee - if you did a factory reset and not just a restart and it didn't fix it, get it replaced under warranty.

Thanks. I bought it through a catalogue I wasn't sure how to go about returning. I've tried googling but don't seem to get a straight answer.

@Carrie-anne_lee - You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They can at least tell you your warranty coverage and may be able to help.
