Do I need a converser for m’y watch versa 3 for Cuba and Italy.   220 V

Hi @Nicolemorissett  - the charge cable plugs into almost any USB port. A computer is often the most reliable.

Whatever other charge supply you are using will have to have an adaptor to the country plug type you are using it in. Many will adapt to the local voltage to produce the 5v necessary.
