Versa 3

Versa 3 will not sync the new software it says it requires, downloads then fails at end point. Both over wifi and Bluetooth.  Screen says "download software to start" but nothing seems to work! Help

Hi @LucyLucyH  - try restarting your phone and then do "+ Set up a Device" again.

 

The watch needs to be on charge and near the 2.4 GHz WiFi source and phone. If using Bluetooth it can take over an hour.

 

Also check your phone settings which at a guess may have a bearing, in particular private DNS, see full issues in No internet connection
