My clock face I purchased won't stay on constantly, keeps flashing back to plain white clock face, why?

Hi @ndnanjl - change to another or Fitbit clock face to see if it is a watch issue.

If it works normally then the purchased clock face may be faulty and you need to contact the developer at the bottom where you installed it
