Versa 3

The versa 3 is basically garbage. My parents each have one and they both have issues with the watch not syncing at random. The screen on my mom's will just randomly stop working, either going black or just glitching and having different screens going at once. You shouldn't need to do all of this for a watch that costs as much as these. At least with my dad's there is a settings option where you can restart the watch, my mom's doesn't even though it's the exact same watch.

Hi @Naddy_  - there can be issues with syncing with the new V4 Fitbit App.

Often restarting the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start can help temporarily with syncing.

Using the settings Shutdown without syncing first can lose information.

A restart can clear any watch issues but if they come back for your mun try changing clock face from the Fitbit App Gallery tile.

You can also switch clock face on the watch by a long gentle press on the watch face which brings up the Clocks app, or swipe the watch face left and select Clocks.

Try that for starters.
