Versa 4 activity hours not syncing in iPhone

My activity hours have not synced since 6am 

i have removed and reset up the versa

When force restarting it flashes blue then I get a red X  the  it boots up

it seems to only be activity hours not working

I appear to be having the same issues with all my activities, the steps per hour and the exercises will not sync.
