Versa 5 or Pixel Watch 3?

I have a Versa 3 right now with a cracked screen. Would love to upgrade, but the Versa 5 is nowhere to be found. I'm considering getting a Pixel Watch 3 if they're not going to make any more Versa's. After reports that Google killed the Versa and Sense line, Google claimed that wasn't true. But we all know well Google says things that aren't true.

I can trade in my older Versa 2 for $120 off a Pixel Watch 3 at Best Buy. I am thinking of doing that unless we hear anything about a Versa 5.

There will be no Versa 5. Google quite recently confirmed that the PW line is the only smartwatch they will focus on. That means we will see more Fitbit trackers but not smartwatches.

@huonwu1 Google didn't claim that's not true. They stated they're not killing off the Fitbit brand, but no more Fitbit smart watches, There will supposedly still be Fitness trackers like the Charge, but if you want a smart watch, you'll have to go with Pixel.
