Versa Active Minutes synch issue

So for the past day, when I synch the Versa to the app the active minutes revert to zero.

Active minutes get registered on the device, but soon as I synch both the app and device drop to zero.

Every other stat syncs normally.

I feel your frustration! I wish I had a solution for you but  I’ve had the same exact issue since I got the my versa. I previously had a surge and it worked great no issues but with the versa I’ve had several. Yesterday for the first time it tracked all my active minutes and it would sync with the app but it stopped towards the end of the day and today again it won’t sync my active steps every hour. Everything else syncs perfectly except my hourly steps. I contacted them before and they said they’re aware if the issue and working on it, so here’s hoping they eventually find a solution.
