Fitbit Versa won't turn on.

Last week my fitbit started acting up, it would get stuck on random screens, the music player kept popping up even though I never touched the buttons - Nothing else touched the buttons either. Swipe up was not responsive. Restarted the device several times. Still had the issue, yesterday the fitbit opened the settings and buttons were just being clicked and unclicked without my or my arm touching anything. This went on for a minute before I held the bottom right and left button. I do have a video of this weird issue. After last night the fit bit will no longer turn on even thought It is charged. What can I do?

In order to bring your Versa back to life, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After trying these steps, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.
