I noticed last night that when I tried to swipe on my screen to look at notifications that the home screen darkens a little and then brightens back up, but I am unable to go to my apps, look at notifications, or look at my steps/HR/etc. I tried to restart it and it does the same thing. I tried to factory reset it by pressing on all three buttons and releasing the bottom right button when the fitbit logo disappears and holding until there is a vibrations, but it doesn't always vibrate even when holding onto it for about a minute and then it just turns my fitbit back on. I'm out of options right now.

@Silvem23 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its screen is not working properly and you are unable to view your notifications and go to your apps. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset using another way. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Before this, sync your watch in order to avoid losing current data. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

I cannot get to the settings app, even after changing the clock face back to one offered by Fitbit. I tried using the buttons again and it still doesn’t work.
