I cannot set an alarm on my Versa. I have been through the forum, the dashboard . Why are the alarms not available on the dashboard ? I try to set an alarm, and once the time is selected, I'm stuck in that screen and can't get out.
Most of the time I can't even get the clock face to illuminate by pressing the button on the left side of the face.
I am very unhappy with this purchase and would NOT recommend this product to anyone !!

The Versa is a fraud. Nothing works. It's not worth $20 let alone $200. I wish I returned it when I could but I've dealt with issues for 5 months and now support blames my phone.

Maybe something is wrong with your Versa? Can you exchange it? There are other things I don't like about the Versa, but alarm is not one of them. I actually love the alarm feature. My prior Fitbits had to sync with the app to set an alarm, and I always had trouble syncing. I love that I can set the alarm without needing to sync with the app.
