My versa battery ran dead in a matter of 5 hrs and since then the BPM isn't working. No light on the back or anything. I've done a factory reset. Deleted account, repaired it. Tried turning off heart rate monitor and back on and rebooting it... Still nothing

@Nakitah05 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery drained fast and won't track your heart rate. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already did but you can skip them and proceed with the ones that haven't been performed.
Since the battery of your Versa drained really fast, please try the tips that are described in this help page. These steps are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your watch.
Finally, monitor your Versa's behavior and see if it tracks your heart rate properly and the battery lasts as long as it should.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
