Versa shows Inaccurate HR

For about a week now my Versa has shown my heart in 160 or more range while I am at rest (even during my sleep!).

From that my calories, active minutes and not accurate. I have restarted it, put it on the charger, or kept it off for a while but nothing has worked.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions?

@Krudolph22 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your heart rate accurately. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please check out and follow the the workarounds that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, monitor the heart rate behavior of your Fitbit Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
