My issues started on Saturday. My Versa stopper tracking sleep and heart rate. I did the update over the weekend. Monday i went to charge it. Sat on the charger for 4 hours. Wouldn't turn on. Chatted with support got it working. TUESDAY it still wasn't tracking sleep and the batter drained drastically. Support escalated it and I was to the next level. I got an email, followed instructions and they never replied back. Frustrated, yesterday, I chatted again. Noticed now the heart rate and the movement alerts are working or tracking. Fitbit support says it's the unit, there's nothing we can do. Here's a coupon for 25% off. Yeah no thanks. I had this for 16 months. Not buying another one for another #200. I've bought something else.
Yours may be under warranty. Mine isn't and they refuse to replace it. I had a charge 2 for over 2 years, no issues. In fact it still works. Yet this one is dead. Had 70% battery at 7am and now its dead. New product from new company arrives today. I used Fitbit products for 7 years.
