Versa Lite screen won't respond

My Fitbit versa lite is less than a year old. Last week the screen had vertical green streaks of on it, and at times screen was flashing or dimming randomly. I tried a reset, I changed the clock face back to factory original, and the problem seemed to resolved. However, this morning the screen did not turn on at all. I tried again a factory reset and changing the clock face with no avail. The watch is still tracking steps and sending me reminders to move. What else can be done about it?
