Versa Black Screen Issue.

Versa working fine two days ago. Now has black screen issue. Tried restart and factory reset. Can feel vibration & green lights on back flashing. Device was synching but removed pairing with phone to factory reset. Stuck.

@Dave160 If you have just removed Versa from paired devices list on your phone, you should still be able to re-pair it as this is facilitated by fitbit app itself. If you have removed Versa from Fitbit mobile app, I am afraid, you will not be able to do that as your screen is blank. You can attempt another factory reset using buttons:

 

  1. Press and hold all 3 buttons until Fitbit logo appears (this may take up to 3 minutes)
  2. Release the bottom right button
  3. Wait until you feel strong vibration and release the other buttons.

You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
