Versa Black Screen No Touch Screen

My Versa screen stopped responding to the touch screen to turn off alarms, then it didn't keep the time synced, about a day later the screen went black.  It is fully charged and is syncing data.  My alarms work, but I can't turn them off nor see any of the screen's interface.

Hi @Nic20 , restart your Versa three times in a row and see if that solves your problem, Erik

I’ll try to do that. I can’t see anything on the screen so I’m not sure the restart is happening. I never see the FitBit logo after holding the buttons in for more than 10 seconds.
