Versa losing time

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa has started losing time, slowly minute by minute.

I've been in basically a battle of wills with support via email for over a week now.

Been told it's due to the syncing issue with android 9, which is annoying enough in itself that I can't sync to my phone and they don't know when this issue will be fixed.

But I've dug out an old phone and synced it to that... Still losing time.

Then being told it's a time zone issue, which doesn't make sense since it's losing minute by minute, not hours, but on request I've changed my time zone and changed it back... Made zero difference.

Having searched the forum I've found this to be a common problem and the only fix seems to have been people getting replacements.... However I'm being refused a replacement and just going round and round in circles with support over email.
