My Versa was working fine this morning and it's fully charged.
But now it's blank screen and unresponsive. Earlier it would vibrate a little, and the light on the back was flashing.
Now, it's completely dead.
I've tried the two-button, three-button resets, still doesn't work.
I've tried contacting the support directly (which is using Twitter?) but no one is responding.
It's a new watch, how can it fail so quickly ?
Please help.

You could try saying Hi to them first and treat them like the actual human beings they are behind the chat.

Fitbit's website (which you are on now) has a live chat. I would recommend using that. You also have a 1 year warranty which will cover this. Sounds like it was maybe a dud and something went wrong. I'd contact them ASAP. Their online chat is very helpful. You can just google "fitbit chat" and it'll get you a direct link.
