Stopped syncing on August 5. I've done factory reset and uninstalled/reinstalled app for Samsung galaxy s 8 phone. App wont recognize phone and watch is stuck on "Download App to Proceed". Is this thing dead? Thanks.

My Versa did same thing then I performed factory reset now it won't start up! I called Customer Service they told me out of Warranty.
