Versa Charging Dock not Working

I used the charger three days ago and now all of a sudden it isn’t working. I’ve tried restarting the Fitbit and cleaning both pieces thoroughly. What else can I try?

Hi @lyzziborden - you did a good job of trouble shooting - restarting your Versa and cleaning the contacts. Thanks for sharing that. You may have already done this but please try plugging the charger into a different outlet ... try a different wall charger adapter ... or buy a surge protector that allows direct USB hook up. I’ve used “budget” adapters in the past, only to discover they do not always last long.

Ok so the charger works but I have to physically hold it a certain way on the dock for it to work. It’s so frustrating. I think I just need to get a new one.
