Hi @lyzziborden - you did a good job of trouble shooting - restarting your Versa and cleaning the contacts. Thanks for sharing that. You may have already done this but please try plugging the charger into a different outlet ... try a different wall charger adapter ... or buy a surge protector that allows direct USB hook up. I’ve used “budget” adapters in the past, only to discover they do not always last long.

Best AnswerOk so the charger works but I have to physically hold it a certain way on the dock for it to work. It’s so frustrating. I think I just need to get a new one.
