Hello. My Versa was on 6% and I plugged into charger & USB port to charge. It showed the little battery and the charging logo stripes flowing, so I left it to charge. This morning it was dead. I plugged it into another port, shows charging but the % stays on 0%. How do I get this fixed?

@Marries Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not charging even though you've tried different USB ports.
