Versa Data not cleared sync and try again

I've reset my fitbit after hours and hours on end of it not syncing. Now it says Data not cleared sync ans try again. Trouble is when I go to bluetooth settings there is no versa there. So I cant forget the device. Please help

If Versa is on your bluetooth list remove it. If it isnt move on to the next step which is turn off bluetooth and restart your phone. Then turn bluetooth back on. In the mean time restart your Versa several times and then when both parts are done, try syncing again.

Still doesnt show uber bluetooth options. Only way I know it's still synced is the drop down menu on my phone says last synced null
