Bought Versa new off Ebay! On day 36 it died... black screen, no nothing. Seller refuses to exchange or refund as it's out of 30 days... by 6! So I contacted Fit Bit - who emailed me a replacement offer... but I couldn't open the page. So then called them and was told no sorry, delete that email... you can have a 25% off voucher (but not off Versa) - as the seller was not a registered retailer. Personally I think this sucks... I'm now stuck with a rather expensive bracelet! I have the box, the warranty, and a mint looking dud fit bit. Very disappointed - especially as this problem is not unique to me.
