My Versa was working fine when I went to bed. I woke up, and it’s just dead. The battery was at 44% when I went to bed, so it didn’t have a dead battery. It won’t come on. It won’t charge. I’m not happy. Anyone else have this? I’ve had this Versa less than a year.

Best AnswerI have tried to troubleshoot my FitBit Versa by holding all three buttons and waiting. I have tried several time and waited more than a minute and nothing happens... 😢 Nothing on the screen - no vibrating... nothing... Sad.
Best AnswerI have the same issue I have contacted fitbit and they have asked me to try a number of things... none have worked so they are now checking my warranty and hopefully they will sort it or send a new one...… mine is only a month old!! I suggest contacting them and see what they say! good luck
