My Versa was working fine, but the display has suddenly gone blank and the tracker is unresponsive. The green light on the back does flash and it syncs to my phone app. I put it on the charger and it is currently at 64%.
I tried rebooting by holding the three buttons, but nothing at all happened after about a minute.
Any other suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks for the details and troubleshooting performed. Please try the soft restart by holding just the left & bottom right buttons for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon on the display. If your Versa still syncs with your phone, you can also try changing the clock face from the Fitbit app by tapping on your profile's picture > Versa > Clock Faces.

I pressed and held the left and bottom right buttons for 15 seconds - nothing happened. I'll change by clock face if that will help, but what should I change it to?

You can select any new clock face (preferably one clock face from Fitbit). Sometimes there could be a glitch with the clock face and for this reason the screen could be unresponsive.

Yup me too I think they sent out a bug to crash them.so we buy a new one SMH

I'm facing the same issue on my Versa, screen's blank, buttons unresponsive, it's not even syncing and no green flickering light at the back. I've put it up for charge but nothing happens but the tracker becomes extremely Hot.
It was all fine with no other change in the usage or drop or anything apart from the recent software update in September'21. Please suggest if you or any other user has been able to rectify or get it fixed.

mine has done this at least 8 times in the middle of a workout. if it werent for the app, i would be done with fitbit. these watches cost too much to act up. I have the Versa 3🙄

Mine is doing the same. It did it through the night. I went to bed and it was fine and I woke up through the night and checked to see what time it was and was met with a black screen and won’t connect to my phone. I can’t shut it down or reset it or anything. Won’t connect to the charger nothing. Help please.

Just a follow up-contacted support, and while very nice, they couldn't offer any further suggestions. All they could tell me is that they could see it was syncing to the app (which I knew). They will have someone from the warranty dept get hold of me, though the watch is more than a year old, so that will be of no use.
Good luck everyone! Hope your issues are resolved... I guess I'm off to buy a new tracker- though I will look into something other than this brand.

Hi,
I have the same problem. My fitbit screen is blank since yesterday. I was wearing and it suddenly went blank..which is weird. I noticed that since the last update, battery life is shorter.
At this moment, screen still blank, though it syncs with my phone and It vibrates whether there is notification. I have tried all sorts - change clock face, reset, etc but still not working. Please What else can I do?
