Has anyone else's versa battery died and then after charging to 100% the display will NOT show even after resetting the device? It's fully charged, the green light on the back works, but the display is a white bar on the top of the screen...and if I reset it, the screen turns different colors and is all full of lines...I did NOT drop it and I havent even showered with it--much less swim 50meters...

Try setting a new clock face in the app

Yes! Just happened to mine. Dropped to 5%, recharged until 100%. No display. Changing the watch face did NOT work. Resetting the device didn't work either... What did you end up doing?

Sounds like what happened to mine. Had to return it to Best Buy for another one.

Same happened to me. I called support and they are sending me a new one but it is on backorder for 4 weeks and sold out all over south Florida.

Similar issue: battery died and then when I finally got it back on the display was negative. It flickered badly and it was white where it should have been black and vice versa. Nothing happened except the battery died.
Did a factory reset and that did not work.
I am planning to returning it to Target tomorrow for a replacement m

Going through this now. Did you order directly from FitBit? If so, how long did the entire process take for you to get back a new one?

The tread "Blank Versa Screen" has the same complains.
Trying to consulate all the dead and died complains to get an action plan.
