Just started using a metal band with a magnetic clasp. After the first day, the display stopped working. I've charged it, and the fitbit itself seems to be working, according to my app. But the screen suddenly went black.
Was this potentially caused by the magnet in the watch band, or is it just coincidence? Also, any ideas what can be done to resolve the issue?
