Hello. I've had my Versa since Dec 2018 and this morning the display did not work. It was working fine yesterday. I have tried restarting it and changing the clock face after reading other threads but neither of these works. According to my app the battery is full... please help.
You are not alone! Mine did the same thing and they sent me a 25% off next purchase discount because I'm 3 months out of warranty... Very disappointing that they only last 1 year if lucky. This seems to be a consistent problem with this model.
