Versa Exercise APP crashing during exercise

Hi

Versa watch Exercise APP crashes at random times in a session. Fitbit Logo appears on screen after crash. This can happen five minutes to 50 minutes into a session. I have performed a factory reset on the watch and on the phone delete the cache and then the application. Reinstalled the application and the issue is still present. This is a new issue a couple of weeks.
