Hi, have been having problems off and on with my exercise tracker. Today I went for a walk of more than one hour. In my fitbit app the steps and floors appear correctly, but nothing about the specific walk. My wife has a versa, same phone (galaxy s8) and same app, and hers is syncing perfectly. We were both carrying our phones during the walk.
I deleted and reloaded the app several times with no change.
I tried closing the app, switching off bluetooth and restarting the phone and restarting everthing without success.
I tried with the reset of the watch, but no change.
Anybody have an idea? Help would be much appreciated?

Hey @Frizzilox, welcome aboard! I appreciate the time you have taken to try to fix this issue. As a last resource, you could factory reset your Versa, just keep in mind that this will delete all the data on your Versa, and you'll have to set it up everything since the step one. You can give it a try and let me know how it goes!
