Woke up the other morning and here is my Versa with the face plate hanging off it, holding together by the electronic strap between the face plate and the guts of the Versa. When I called they told me my warranty had run out. We will give you 25% off to buy another product from them. I asked them WHY would I buy another one when this one fell apart, whats that say about the rest of your products. Also they said there is no where to get them fixed. I said NO, I would not buy another one to just get the same kind of help Im getting now,,SO LONG FIT BIT!
