Versa Face Doesn't Light Up

 After less than a week, the face doesn't light up when I turn my arm to read it, nor when I double tap it. The only way to get it to light up is by pressing the button on the left. Thanks for your help.

 Do a long press on Back button till  it vibrates and then set the Screen Wake to Auto.

I have the versa lite. There’s no back button. I have a button on left side. If I hold it I see the settings but when I click on settings....nothing ugh
