I loved using my Charge2. Although it required to keep the app updated that was usually a fairly seamless process. The Versa has many great features and the graphics are great but it requires you to not only keep the app updated but also the device and these seem to be more frequent. I've had the device for about 3 weeks and have yet to be able to connect the device to my wifi so it took HOURS to initially get my device setup via Bluetooth. This latest firmware update has left my device virtually dead in the water. I can't receive the update, I've restarted the device, unpaired & repaired it, added the app to my tablet and nothing is working. This has basically functioned as an expensive digital watch over the last couple of weeks leaving me very dissatisfied with the overall function of the device. Very disappointing.

Hi, I understand your frustration, but maybe it's good to know that you're not the only one with WiFi and updating problems. Therefore I made a little guide in which you will not only find of how to connect your Versa to WiFi but also how to update to the newest version. It's important to know beforehand that the Versa itself has no Wifi, but uses either your phone or PC as a bridge to connect to WiFi. I assume that you have the Fitbit app on your phone and also have an account on Fitbit. Thanks for the response however this did not resolve the issue. Unfortunately my device did connect briefly before I tried this which partially allowed me to change the clock face but not completely I thought that maybe switching to a face from Fitbit would help but nope. So I no longer have my customized face which was the only thing I liked about the device and the new clock has the wrong time. If this wasn't a gift from work I would have already returned it!
