Just a wishlist in case some Fitbit engineers are reading..
1. Notifications missing: Just have them work in general, all the time! Android seems buggier than iOS. Some are saying they don't get any, in my case I have always connected and keep active widget on and it seems to stop after a while, unless I re-sync...it will work then stop again. My Pebble never had this issue, and since Fitbit bought Pebble I don't think it is too much to ask.
2. Notification dismissal: Being able to dismiss notifications from the watch, which would also dismiss them on the phone, why do I want to dismiss notifications in two places? Again Pebble has this feature.
3. Screen on: Don't send notifications to the Versa when the phone's screen is active, or have the option to turn them off if the screen is on, yes from Pebble too.
4. Screen on wrist raise: Mine needs a good flick of the wrist, would be nice to adjust sensitivity.
Obviously most have to do with notifications, since that is the main point of any smartwatch. Also some of those features won't be able to work on iOS as they lock down notification interaction (except for the Apple watch). So Fitibit probably made a barebones Android app since they are probably targeting prospective Apple Watch users first and foremost.
