Versa Fitbit screen black

I got my Fitbit versa last year as a Christmas gift. Yesterday out of no wear the screen started disappearing and now its completely black. It still vibrates for notifications and still tracks my steps and heart rate. Is this normal for the screen to only last a year. Well hasn't even been a year yet.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. If no help, try a different clock face and use one from Fitbit, not a 3rd party.
