Versa sensor stopped working

Help!  Last week the sensor on my Versa stopped working.  I've scowered the Community for ideas and have tried it all.  I've turned the Heartrate function off and on with the reboot in between many times, and I've even factory reset it.  It refused to come back on.  Any other ideas?

@teelgee, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the sensor lights issues that your Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
