Versa Freezing

Anyone had this problem.  95% of the time I have no issues but everynow and then the whole thing freezes and I cant do anything with it .... cant turn it on or anything

Is the watch syncing to your app when that happens? It uses all its energy syncing and cant cope with another thing at that time. If it is not syncing at the time contact Support (link in my signature)

Hi .. no it appears to happen when I put on the charger

It's great to see you here @ruthiec2709 and @NellyG thanks for the input.

 

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this and would like to know if you have tried to restart your watch? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Yes tried this and it freezes either on the Fitbit logo or that goes and nothing happens
