Versa Frustration

Hi there, I bought my Versa just over a week ago. I set up my Versa & we where great friends for a Week. Week 1 : I was on vacation so no Gym ( Versa was only step counting ) Week 2: I am now back at Gym everyday, and needed to start tracking my runs, my workouts, weights training( Versa kept turning off every few minutes) - Workouts not recorded ( I am frustrated) - i then try and Sync Versa, and she refuses to do this. Present day - its been switching off randomly throughout the day, I try and reset watch, I have removed Fitbit app, reinstalled , i am trying to add Versa back to my Fitbit App.... 😞 .... it just sits there saying Connecting to Fitbit .... My Iphone 6 ( still showing number i entered off Fitbit to set up .... does it have to be so difficult ... does it really ? Please help me....

Well it shouldnt be that difficult and your phone is on the the Supported list so should work well with it. Id try restarting the Versa several times. If it is not functioning any better do a factory reset (settings app on the Versa and scroll down to About). If it is still not working correctly either return it to where you bought it for an exchange or contact Support (link in my signature)

Well it shouldnt be that difficult and your phone is on the the Supported list so should work well with it. Id try restarting the Versa several times. If it is not functioning any better do a factory reset (settings app on the Versa and scroll down to About). If it is still not working correctly either return it to where you bought it for an exchange or contact Support (link in my signature)
