My Versa is synced to my phone, but won't connect in the exercise/GPS functions. I've tried all of the start/restart/log out/in/GPS setting on the phone things. The only time I can get it to connect is if I close then reopen the Fitbit app while the exercise/GPS is attempting to connect to the phone. Then it will connect the exercise for a moment, but then drops the connection. All other syncing appears to work. Any advise? Thanks!

Great to see new faces @MKRiss, welcome!
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I recommend checking if your phone a compatible mobile device and also please follow the instructions provide in the help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?. After following these steps, test your exercises.
Keep me posted.

@AlejandraFitbit the same thing happened to me this morning, it would not recognise my exercise. I have tried everything you have suggested, is there any other options? I’m having other issues too with my app since the update.

Great to see you on board @CourtneyD93. Have you tried to restart your Versa? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:
Hope to hear from you soon.

@AlejandraFitbit. Sorry for the delay in response. I have checked all of the resources you've provided; my phone is compatible, I have troubleshooted all of the bluetooth/GPS/connectivity options listed and it still isn't working. When I click on the exercise link it goes to the "connecting" screen, but just never connects. I didn't have this issue with my Blaze. Any other thoughts? Thanks. - Martha
