Ive been using fitbit for a while now but all of a sudden the gps is not working... anyone have the same problem?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is this occurring with any exercise or just a specific activity? Your Versa use your mobile device GPS chip to route your exercise, therefore, can you please specify which phone are you using? In the meantime I receive your answers, please check the information and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on:  and let me know if the issue persists.
