Any information on Note 9 compatibility with Versa with the new OS release? I would have to imagine Fitbit is losing customers every day due to this incompatibility. If the new OS update doesn't fix it I will be one of them.
I can't imagine how fixing this is not a priority. Millions of people have Note 9 phones and Fitbit customer base is being lost every month that it continues.
Best Answer@truth649 I agree with @mattma43. Many users of this forum reported success. Do you have any issues we could try help you with? Or, are you simply considering buying Versa but are worried that it will not work with Note 9? As stated before, the fact a phone is not in the compatible devices list doesn't necessarily mean it will not work. It simply means the compatibility hasn't been tested by Fitbit yet. I would still use xmas deals 🎄 (e.g. Macy's is selling Versa for $90 now - if you live in the US) to get a new Versa and test it if I were you. You can always return it to the store.
I also have a Note 9. No issues here with the Versa besides the ones that everyone is having.
Best AnswerI have scoured the internet looking for solutions and spent way too much time only to get sketchy results. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it does not. My wife has a Blaze and it works fine with her Note 9. But the Versa has us doing this perpetual dance of uninstalling, re-installing, pairing/unpairing, etc only to get unreliable results. I am aware that the Versa/N9 combo works for some people but it does not work for us. It should not be this difficult.
Best Answer@truth649 i totally understand. Have you gotten the newest firmware update (3.0)? My advice would be - install everything from scratch and update to 3.0. I know it's a hassle to set up everything again but this actually might reset versa-phone connection. I would even go as far as phone reset.
