I’ve tried restarting, factory-resetting, turning HR feature on and off, nothing makes the little green light turn back on, help! Is this the end of my Versa? It’s been less than a year! 😞

Same thing happened to me. I called Fitbit customer service and they sent a new one out for me. Hope this helps.
