I did the factory re set once on my own and once again with a tech on the phone and nothing! Just such a disappointed!
Best AnswerYeah, sadly the replacement one is not going to make it to me for 4 weeks! Here I thought I was all good since I had pre ordered it and got it only to have a defective one!
Best Answer@mfg0204 I have had the same issues they won't admit mines faulty. I have numerous issues with my versa. Fitbit were not helpful and now they are not even answering my emails. I am returning my versa and I am not going to get another one yet because I believe even a replacement will be the same. Fitbit need to be providing an update to fix some of the most popular issues.
Best AnswerCustomer service had me send them a vid of mine and had me send mine back. It only took like 1 hr for them to make the decision

Best AnswerDid anyone who is sending your Versa back ask for your money back I’m having similar issues with eradic heart rate readings during exercises and no detailed sleep stage logs. If it continues I was going to send it back and just buy one from a local store next week
