Versa HR not working

versa won’t read HR. Did all the troubleshooting and even spent time on chat and phone with Fitbit and not fixed! Had to have a new one sent out due to defective unit. Won’t get new versa for 4 weeks!! 😢😢😢

Same thing here.... I was told to do a factory reset to get the HR working but now I can't even get the watch set up again. It's like the factory reset broke it further...

I did the factory re set once on my own and once again with a tech on the phone and nothing! Just such a disappointed!

Yeah, sadly the replacement one is not going to make it to me for 4 weeks! Here I thought I was all good since I had pre ordered it and got it only to have a defective one!

So frustrating. It's like they don't want to admit that mine is broken.
They just keep sending me to someone new over and over again. I'm so
disappointed with this product and FitBit's customer service right now.

@mfg0204 I have had the same issues they won't admit mines faulty. I have numerous issues with my versa.   Fitbit were not helpful and now they are not even answering my emails.  I am returning my versa and I am not going to get another one yet because I believe even a replacement will be the same.  Fitbit need to be providing an update to fix some of the most popular issues.

Customer service had me send them a vid of mine and had me send mine back.  It only took like 1 hr for them to make the decision

I sent a video too! Took almost 4 hours and 3 managers but finally got them to agree to send me a new one but will have to wait till they get them in stock!

Did anyone who is sending your Versa back ask for your money back  I’m having similar issues with eradic heart rate readings during exercises and no detailed sleep stage logs. If it continues I was going to send it back and just buy one from a local store next week

I did ask for a refund and they just said they would send me a new one. If that doesn’t work then I give up!! Maybe in a few months they will have the kinks worked out and it will be worth the price but right now I’m regretting getting it before all the bugs were worked out!!

I’m over it. Spoke to someone on the phone and they set me up with a
replacement. Just to have the replacement cancelled by someone else and
tell me they need more info from me. I’m done with dealing with this
company. I tried to get back with Fitbit but not worth the hassle.

I had the exact same scenario, except I received my replacement in a week... with the same issues. I'm starting to debate returning it at this point, but it is so cool for the parts that do work!
